The Crack Doctor is Andrew van der Meer, a qualified structural engineer in Perth with over 50 years experience in designing and building all sorts of structures all over Perth and Western Australia.

The Crack Doctor was born to connect Andrew with home and building owners all over Perth and surrounds, where Andrew can look at a particular issue and not only diagnose the solution, but also assist with how it can be fixed. Utilising his many contacts gained over the years of practising as a qualified structural engineer, Andrew can provide a cost-effective, practical solution to most, if not all, problems within a building or structure.

The process is simple:

2. We’ll explain the fee structure and you confirm whether you would like The Crack Doctor to pay you a house visit.
3. The Crack Doctor will meet you at the arranged time on-site, and diagnose your problem. He’ll also discuss possible solutions and can also assist with the organisation required to make it happen.
4. You’ll receive a written report from The Crack Doctor, with confirmation of the diagnosis and what’s required to fix it.
